Returns/Exchange Policy
Subject to Clause 9.8 below, Ayur Dx will accept returns/exchanges for only the following unused Products:
- Physically damaged Product.
- Incomplete Product delivery.
- Product differs from the description on the Website.
- Incorrect quantity received.
• To be eligible for return/exchange, you must notify Ayur Dx in writing within 5 (five) business days from the date of Product receipt and refrain from consuming the Product.
• Failure to provide written notification within the specified timeframe and/or consuming the Product, or if the Product was purchased via cash on delivery (COD), Ayur Dx reserves the right to decline the return/exchange request, except in exceptional cases for COD orders.
• Upon receipt of your return request within the specified period in Clause 9.2 above, Ayur Dx will arrange for Product collection through its logistics partner at its expense and inspect the Product as per Clause 9.4 below.
• Following the return/exchange request inspection, if Ayur Dx determines the Product is not defective/damaged/not as ordered or has been consumed, you will be informed, and the same Product will be reshipped to your address at your expense.
• If, upon inspection, Ayur Dx finds the Product is defective/damaged/not as ordered or has not been consumed and accepts your return/exchange claim, Ayur Dx will:
- Provide a replacement product within 15 (fifteen) business days for exchange requests.
- Refund the payment made at the time of purchase in accordance with the refund policy for return requests.
• If you choose not to fix a consultation appointment with the recommended health practitioner or doctor and request a refund by emailing support@ayurdx.com in accordance with these Terms, you must promptly return the unused Products as instructed by Ayur Dx. In this case you need to bear the logistics expenses. If, upon inspection, Ayur Dx finds the Product has not been consumed, a refund will be processed in accordance with the refund policy. Failure to provide written notification or return the Product as instructed by Ayur Dx will result in Ayur Dx not accepting the Product return.
• All decisions regarding returns/exchanges made by Ayur Dx are final and binding, and you agree not to contest such decisions.
Refund Policy
Only Products meeting specific criteria are eligible for refunds:
- Return/exchange requests where replacement is not possible or not requested, as per Ayur Dx’s policy.
- Cancellation requests initiated by Ayur Dx or by you as per the cancellation policy.
- Refund requests as per Clause 9.8 above, notified through your registered email. Ayur Dx reserves the right to accept such refund requests only in exceptional cases, and you agree not to contest such decisions.
Online Refunds:
- For orders paid online (credit card/debit card/net banking/virtual payment wallets), the transaction amount will be refunded to your bank account or virtual payment wallets within 5 (five) to 10 (Ten) business days from the return/cancellation request date, if eligible.
- Refunds according to Clause 9.8 above will be processed within 45 (forty-five) business days from the refund request date.
Offline Refunds
- For cash on delivery (COD) orders, Ayur Dx may provide the transaction amount as credit for purchasing other Products on the Website or as cash / cash vouchers redeemable elsewhere, at its discretion.
- Provision of credit or cash / cash vouchers will occur within 5 (five) to 10 (Ten) business days from the return/cancellation request date, if eligible.
- Refunds according to Clause 9.8 above will be processed within 45 (forty-five) business days from the refund request date.
Ayur Dx strives for accuracy in describing Products on the Website but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, currency, or error-free nature of product descriptions or other content. If a Product is listed with incorrect pricing or information due to an error, Ayur Dx may contact you for instructions or cancel the order and refund the transaction amount, at its discretion, if payment has been received.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Ayur Dx:
- If Ayur Dx is unable to ship a Product due to unexpected lack of inventory or any other reason, your order will be cancelled, and any transaction amount already paid will be refunded according to the refund policy.
- Ayur Dx may cancel certain orders, such as when the health practitioner or doctor (recommended by Ayur Dx) deems the ordered Product/s unsuitable for your menstrual health needs based on your responses during the interaction . Ayur Dx reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
- Situations leading to order cancellation may include non-availability of ordered Products or services, inaccuracies in pricing information, or due to a Force Majeure Event.
- Additional verifications or information may be required before accepting an order, and Ayur Dx will contact you if any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is needed. If your order is cancelled after being charged, the transaction amount will be refunded per the refund policy.
- A "Force Majeure Event" includes events beyond Ayur Dx's reasonable control, such as natural disasters, civil unrest, war, government actions, and similar events.
Cancellation by You:
- Ayur Dx reserves the right to accept or reject order cancellation requests for any reason. If Ayur Dx receives a cancellation notice before processing, approving, or dispatching the order, it will cancel the order and refund the transaction amount per the refund policy. Orders already processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
- Ayur Dx's determination of whether an order has been processed/dispatched is final, and you agree not to dispute it.
