Shipping Policy

• Ayur Dx retains the right to accept or reject any order placed on the Website, either in part or in full. You will be notified of the acceptance of your order via email (provided during registration or purchase) promptly after Ayur Dx confirms receipt of your order and dispatches it. All decisions regarding order acceptance or rejection made by Ayur Dx are final and binding. You agree not to contest such decisions in any manner.

• Upon dispatch of an order, Ayur Dx will send a shipping confirmation and contact you via email or multimedia text messages (SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook messenger) or phone calls on your mobile number with the delivery details. As a registered user, you can track your order status using the Website.

• Once an order is placed, you acknowledge that modifications to the order are not possible. However, you may update the shipping address by notifying Ayur Dx in writing before the order is packed for dispatch. The standard delivery timeline for orders placed on the Website within India is 7(Seven) to 14 (Fourteen) business days.

• This policy outlines that orders above Rs 1000 will qualify for free shipping, while orders below this amount will incur a delivery charge of Rs 50.

• Please note, during high season and sale periods, shipping of products may experience slight delays despite the above-mentioned timelines.
